Job description

Seasonal position at Stratton Mountain Resort, part of Alterra Mountain Company, seeking team members for the Activities & Events team this summer. Responsibilities include setting up, breaking down, and cleaning up resort events, concerts, and festivals, as well as operating the indoor/outdoor climbing wall and gym. The position offers $20.00/hr pay and various employee perks such as free lift access, discounts, and health benefits.

Essential Duties

1. Event setup, breakdown, and cleanup, including moving chairs and setting up movie screens
2. Event security assistance, including fencing and monitoring guests
3. Operating climbing wall and gym, including safety instruction and guest interaction

Requirements

• Actively pursuing a high school diploma or equivalent
• Previous event work or guest service experience is a plus
• Excellent communication skills, self-motivated, able to work in a fast-paced environment
