Responsibilities

• Plan and maintain a monthly activity calendar with diverse activities.
• Assess residents' spiritual, social, recreational, and emotional needs.
• Encourage participation to build physical and educational skills.
• Coordinate with nursing for orders and resident safety in activities.
• Document activities and resident participation in PCC.
• Lead monthly Resident Council meetings.
