Job summary
El Paso Rehab and Healthcare Center, part of Tutera Senior Living & Health Care, is seeking an Activities Director to plan and lead a program of social, spiritual, intellectual, emotional, educational and physical activities for residents. You will coordinate leisure pursuits, align activities with the resident care plan, and deliver engaging programs that meet varied needs and interests.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in recreation therapy or related area.
- Licensed or registered either nationally or by the State in which practicing.
- Minimum of one year of experience as an Activities Director in a LTC/SNF/AL/MC setting.
- Two years of experience conducting social and recreational programs within the past five years, one of which must be full-time in a resident activities program in a health care setting.
Responsibilities
- Plan, organize, and implement a program of activity and leisure pursuits.
- Ensure activities meet residents’ social, spiritual, intellectual, emotional, educational and physical needs per the care plan.
