Chautauqua Rehab in Florida is seeking an Activities Assistant to lead engaging programs for residents, including live entertainment and supported day trips designed to promote physical, mental, and emotional well-being.

You will follow individualized activity plans for residents with dementia or cognitive challenges, collaborate with staff to align activities with preferences, document participation outcomes, and perform duties as assigned to enhance quality of life in a faith-based long-term

Qualifications

• Experience in a skilled nursing or long-term care is a plus.
