Job summary

Sprenger Health Care Bluffton is seeking an Activities Professional to plan and implement programs tailored to residents’ needs and interests. You will staff the activities department, monitor budgets, and collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team to integrate recreation into overall care plans.

Responsibilities include documenting resident progress, coordinating with families and volunteers, and contributing to a supportive, engaging living environment for seniors.

Qualifications

• Plan and implement a program of activities based on residents’ needs and interests.
• Staff the activities department, manage scheduling and budget.
• Participate in resident care conferences as part of the care plan.
• Maintain documentation reflecting services and resident progress.
