Job summary

Sprenger Health Care in Lorain is seeking a reliable maintenance technician to ensure safe, efficient operation of our facilities. You will handle routine repairs, preventive maintenance and coordinate with other departments to minimize downtime.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid driver’s license.
• High school education preferred.
• Two years experience in related field.
• Knowledge of plumbing, electrical, and carpentry.

Responsibilities

• Maintenance and upkeep of facility and equipment.
• Responsible for fire safety training and drills.
• Supervise maintenance, housekeeping, security and laundry department personnel.
• Perform cleaning procedures in accordance with facility policy.
