Arbor Terrace Highland Park is seeking a dynamic and compassionate Activities Coordinator to join our assisted living community. You will plan, implement, and evaluate recreational and social activities to meet the diverse needs and interests of our residents, creating an engaging, uplifting environment.

With creativity, flexibility, and strong relationship-building, you will lead group activities, coordinate with healthcare staff and outside vendors, and maintain records of participation.

Qualifications

• Develop and implement activity programs that cater to various interests, abilities, and preferences.
• Collaborate with healthcare staff to ensure activities align with resident goals and care plans.
• Lead and facilitate group activities, such as arts and crafts, games, and outings.
• Coordinate with outside vendors and entertainment providers to bring new experiences to our community.
• Maintain accurate records of activities and resident participation.
• Assist with daily living activities and provide support with daily routines as needed.
