You will create an engaging, uplifting environment and build strong relationships with residents and the care team.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement activity programs that cater to various interests, abilities, and preferences.
• Collaborate with healthcare staff to ensure activities align with resident goals and care plans.
• Lead and facilitate group activities, such as arts and crafts, games, and outings.
• Coordinate with outside vendors and entertainment providers to bring new experiences to our community.
• Maintain accurate records of activities and resident participation.
• Assist with daily living activities and provide support with daily routines as needed.
