Job summary

Noble House Hotels & Resorts is seeking a team-oriented individual to support the daily operations of the Portofino Hotel activities center in Redondo Beach. You will assist with cashiering, watersports rentals, boat fueling and guest services, ensuring guest safety and enjoyment.

Responsibilities

• Assist daily operation of the Activities center including cashiering, watersports rentals, boat fueling and guest service.
• Arrange, execute and supervise indoor/outdoor guest activity games/functions; administer activities desk.
• Support all staff in delivering guest experiences and safety.
• Pump fuel into boats when required and coordinate with guests on activities.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of activity areas.

JOB OVERVIEW:

The individual will assist with the daily operation of the Activities center including cashiering, watersports rentals, boat fueling and guest service.

Responsible for arranging, executing and supervising all indoor and outdoor guests activity games/functions, providing privacy and safety. Administrate activities desk.

Requirements

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS

• Maintain complete knowledge of all items sold in retail shop.


• Maintain complete knowledge of and comply with all departmental policies/service procedures/standards.


• Anticipate guests’ needs, respond promptly and acknowledge all guests, however busy and whatever time of day.


• Be familiar with all hotel services/features and local attractions/activities to respond to guest inquiries accurately.


• Resolve guest complaints, ensuring guest satisfaction.


• Monitor and maintain cleanliness, sanitation and organization of assigned work areas.


• Set Up/Close Activities Station.


• Assist with Maps and Directions.


• Stock, Display and Loan/Rent Recreational Equipment.


• Reserve Sporting Activities, when requested.


• Coordinate Tournaments/Games.


• Distribute Activities Sheets.


• Conduct Guest Orientation.


• Check out with Supervisor.


• Pump fuel into boats.
