JobDescription:TheActivities attendant will report to the Guest Experience Manager. The activities person is responsible for organizing and conducting activities forin-house guest. The attendant should have a positive attitude, be patient andaim to please guests. Having good people skills, a penchant for socializing andbeing organized are required. The attendant will work closely with the frontdesk staff and management.

Seasonal Part-Time Position Available - Shift hours vary

Hourly Rate $12.00

JobResponsibilities:

• Setup activities prior to activity start time and be ready at posted start time
• Conductand actively participate in arts and crafts with the adults and children,assisting and being energetic
• Cleanup activities immediately upon conclusion
• Conductand actively participate in water games (in the pool), such as water volleyball,and other pool activities
• Ensureguests safety during activities
• Keepinventory of guest participation, equipment, and guest interactions daily
• Maintainsupplies in a neat manner and in working order
• Keepinventory, submit order requests and inform Guest Services Manager whensupplies are low
• Becreative and suggest new ideas and games for wacky water games and other funactivities
• Makehis/her presence known by speaking and engaging regularly with the guests andguests children so they are aware of the events and activities taking place
• Createan upbeat, energetic, fun environment
• Demonstrateenthusiasm, energy, drive, job devotion, positive attitude and dependability
• Assistperform other tasks when needed

Requirements:

• Previous hospitality experiencepreferred but not required
• Possess very good customer service skills andgood judgment
• Strong communication skills, both written andverbal are essential, additional languages can be helpful
• Ability to work in a multi-tasking, fast pacedenvironment
• Available to work all shifts, includingweekends, evenings, and holidays
• Abilityto work well with others
