Parking Garage / Lot Attendant - Avista Resort

4 Seasonal positions available - Both AM & PM

Hourly Rate: $12.00

Job Description:

The parking lot attendant monitors and guides guests to the appropriate parking areas, ensuring a safe and clean environment. The attendant reports any maintenance or safety issues to the appropriate department. The ideal candidate will have a friendly and patient personality and communicate clearly and efficiently.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Welcome and acknowledge all guests according to company standards; anticipate and address guest service needs.
  • Follow all company safety and security policies and report any maintenance problems or safety hazards.
  • Keep track of parking passes issued to guests and their allowed parking time frames.
  • Maintain a clean environment by sweeping parking areas and picking up trash.
  • Maintain a cash bank and provide change when needed.
Requirements:
  • Available to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
  • Previous experience is preferred but not required.
  • Able to work outdoors.
