PM Server - Avista Resort

Job Description

As a server, you will be part of an important role within the hospitality industry. Servers at our establishment make customers feel welcomed and valued. Taking orders and communicating with the kitchen staff are some of the daily duties. Our servers must provide fast, reliable, and friendly service to all guests.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Take food and drink orders from customers accurately and with a positive attitude.
  • Answer questions about menu items, food sensitivities, and food substitutions.
  • Verifying identification if serving alcoholic beverages.
  • Maintain a clean atmosphere at all times.
  • Maintain a safe environment.
  • Ensure that all customers are billed correctly.

Requirements:

  • Customer service experience preferred.
  • Prior experience in the food service industry is a plus.
  • Must be available to work weekends and holidays.
