Job summary

Erickson Senior Living's Charlestown community in Catonsville, MD is seeking a dedicated professional to manage Custom Interiors projects from inception to completion. You will coordinate marketing efforts, invoicing, final implementation and quality assurance for residents and staff.

The role requires at least 3 years in Interior Design, plus at least 1 year in broad customer service within a Maintenance or General Services setting.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in Interior Design.
• Minimum 1 year of broad customer service experience within a Maintenance or General Services department.
• Maintenance trouble-shooting and coordination, and public relations experience are a plus.
• Project planning experience is necessary.
• Analytical, project coordination, and public relations experience preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate each phase of custom service projects, including initial marketing efforts, invoicing, final implementation and quality assurance.
• Answer calls, take requests, and follow up on work orders from residents and staff.
• Maintain schedules for Custom Interiors appointments.
• Market custom services finishes and products to residents and assist in the selection of finishes and products.
• Provide pricing, process and product specification information to residents.
• Process custom service work orders, issue purchase orders to contractors, and schedule work to be performed.
• Log all custom service checks and deliver them to the Finance Department monthly.

How you will make an impact

Compensation

Compensation: commensurate with experience ranging from $52,000 - $53,000 annually.
