Job summary

Prismhr Hire is seeking a compassionate Part-Time Activities Assistant for a Monday–Friday 1PM–5PM schedule. You will help design and run engaging activities, interact with participants to foster inclusion, and maintain a safe, welcoming environment.

The role may involve some evenings and weekends, and includes providing moderate incontinence assistance.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; recreation/hospitality education is a plus.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills for diverse participants.
• Creative, enthusiastic, and people-focused attitude.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team with flexibility.
• Basic computer skills and MS Office proficiency.
• Availability to work flexible hours including some evenings/weekends.

Responsibilities

• Assist in planning, organizing, and executing activities, events, and programs.

Qualifications:

• - High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education in recreation, hospitality, or related field is a plus.
• - Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not required.
• - Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with a diverse group of participants.
