You will help plan, organize, and facilitate group and individual activities, prepare materials, and ensure a positive, engaging atmosphere. Strong interpersonal skills and teamwork are essential to success.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Experience in recreation, hospitality, caregiving, customer service helpful.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Positive attitude in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic computer skills for recordkeeping.

• Collaborate with team members to ensure activities are safe, engaging, and inclusive
• Communicate with participants in a respectful, professional, and friendly manner
