INNOVATIVE ARBOR OAKS AT LAKELAND HILLS is seeking a motivated professional to support engaging daily programming for residents in a dynamic care setting in Florida. You will help plan, organize, and facilitate activities that promote social connection, movement, creativity, and well-being.

This role includes every other weekend and requires a warm, patient, and dependable approach. You will assist in planning and leading activities, prepare materials, and help set up spaces.

• Document attendance, participation, and relevant program notes as required.
