The Dunwoody Village Recreation Department is seeking a part-time Recreation Assistant to design and run group and individual recreation programs for residents in our Care Center. You will help residents enjoy activities that promote cognitive, emotional, and social well-being.
Key duties include planning activities (exercise, games, arts/crafts), informing residents of events, escorting them to programs, and maintaining attendance records. Weekend/holiday rotations are required.

The Recreation Assistant (Part-Time)is responsible for developing and implementing both group and individual recreation programs.
While we certainly prefer candidates with relevant experience in Long Term Care or the Recreation Field, we are happy to train motivated persons with a desire to work with older adults.
