Continuing Healthcare Solutions is seeking an Activities Assistant to help plan, implement, and evaluate recreational and social programs for residents. This role focuses on enriching residents’ daily lives through planned activities aligned with assessments and care plans.

• The primary purpose of the Activity Aide is to assist in the planning, implementation, and evaluation of recreational, social, intellectual, emotional and spiritual programs.
• Program oversight is guided by the resident's assessment and care plan and supervisor directions.

• Click the Privacy tab

• Close and reopen Microsoft Edge.
• Click the Customize and control icon in the top right
• Select Settings
• Select Show advanced settings
• Under Privacy, click on Content settings
• Enter the website's address continuinghc-milan.atsondemand.com and select Allow
• Click Done
