Symphony Care Network is seeking an Activities Assistant to support memory care residents by planning and leading daily living activities, encouraging social interaction and physical exercise, and assisting with personalized engagement opportunities.

You will work in a Life Enrichment role within our care team, coordinating activities, monitoring participation, and ensuring proper documentation of resident engagement and outcomes.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older
• Ability to work every other weekend and some holidays
• Ability to plan, organize, and lead activities
• Ability to work well with residents and teams

Responsibilities

Activities Assistant will:
