Job summary

Harborview Health Systems is seeking an Activities Assistant to lead engaging programs for residents, including live entertainment and off-site trips that support physical, mental, and emotional well-being.

You will follow individual activity plans for residents with dementia, collaborate with staff to align activities with preferences, document participation, and support recreation therapy to enhance quality of life. Prior experience in skilled nursing or long-term care is a plus.
