Job summary

Sunrise Senior Living is seeking a Life Enrichment Manager to create personalized Life Skills experiences for residents living with memory loss in our San Francisco community.

You will develop and implement individualized programs, engage residents daily in meaningful routines, and organize enrichment clubs while coordinating with staff and volunteers to ensure safety and quality of life. A compassionate approach and memory-care experience are essential.

Qualifications

• 1+ year experience working with memory-impaired seniors.
• High School Diploma/GED; age 18+.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to adapt activities to cognitive ability.
• Experience leading group activities preferred.

Responsibilities
