TerraBella Senior Living is seeking an Activities Assistant/Driver to join the Homeplace of Burlington community. You will engage residents in meaningful activities and provide courteous transportation to and from events, supporting a warm, safe, and engaging living environment.

Qualified candidates have a high school diploma or equivalent, be 21+, and demonstrate reliable time management and a customer‑service mindset. CDL may be required depending on route and state regulations.

Competenze

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Must be 21 years or older.
• Experience in customer service environment, preferably in senior living.
• Knowledge of safety precautions and compliance with safety measures.

Mansioni

• Help provide quality activities to AL and Memory Care residents.
• Support Activity Directors in scheduling and executing activities.
• Provide timely and courteous transportation for residents to and from activities.
• Assist disabled passengers into and out of vehicle.
• Secure wheelchairs to restraining devices during trips.
• Safely operate radio, cell phone or pager to communicate with base station or other vehicles.
• Maintain community vehicles in good working condition.
• Clean and service vehicles with fuel, lubricants, and accessories.
• Assist with vehicle registration and license plate renewals.
• Inspect and document vehicle condition monthly and per trip.
