Job summary

Rosewood Center for Rehabilitation and Healing is seeking an Activities Assistant with an active CNA certification to design and lead meaningful activities for residents. You will work alongside nursing staff to promote engagement, safety, and quality of life in a long-term care setting.

Responsibilities include planning group and individual activities, assisting residents with daily living activities when needed, and maintaining records of participation.

Qualifications

• Active CNA certification is required.
• Experience in long-term care, healthcare, recreation, or resident activities preferred.
• Compassionate, patient, and enthusiastic demeanor.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Florida AHCA Clearinghouse background screening required.

• Help promote residents’ overall well-being and quality of life

Key Responsibilities
