What You\'ll Do:

• Help plan, organize, and lead a variety of activities, such as games, music, crafts, and socials, to support residents\' overall well-being and foster connections among the community.

• Connect with residents to spark joy, encourage participation, and build meaningful relationships.

• Create inclusive and accessible activities that cater to the diverse needs and interests of our residents.

• Set up and tidy activity spaces, ensuring organization and efficiency.

• Participate in team meetings and training to stay up-to-date on new programs and initiatives.

• Maintain accurate records of resident involvement and activity success.

What You Bring:

• High school diploma or equivalent

• Experience working with older adults in recreational or social settings (a plus)

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Positive, upbeat personality with a genuine passion for helping others

• Ability to lift and carry up to 25 pounds
