Bay Harbor Memory Care and Assisted Living of DeForest is seeking an Activities Assistant to create meaningful, engaging programs for residents in a warm senior living community.

The ideal candidate is creative, compassionate, and energetic, with at least 1 year of memory care/activities coordination experience. This part-time, daytime role offers the chance to work closely with residents and a supportive team.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma or GED required.
• At least 1 year of memory care/activities coordination required.
• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Positive attitude, dependable work ethic, and enthusiasm for working with seniors.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsabilités

• Plan, coordinate, and organize individual and group recreation programs to meet residents' social, emotional, intellectual, and spiritual needs.
• Coordinate monthly special events and outings in the local community, encouraging resident participation.
• Ensure compliance with state, federal, and safety regulations while performing duties.

  What You’ll Do:
• Plan, coordinate,and organizeindividual and group recreation programs to meet the social, emotional, intellectual, and spiritual needs of our residents.

• Ensurethat state, federal, and other regulations are met, as well as safety codes, while performing duties.
