Job summary

Park Lane Post Acute in West Chester, PA is seeking a Part-Time Activities Assistant to facilitate group activities, encourage resident participation, and manage activity supplies. You will also assist with one-on-one activities, transport residents, and support outings and special events.

Applicants with SNF experience and familiarity with Point Click Care are preferred. We offer a competitive hourly rate and comprehensive benefits to support our team.

Job Summary:

As an Activities Assistant, you will facilitate group activities, encourage resident participation, and maintain activity supplies and records. You will also assist with one-on-one activities, transport residents, and help with outings and special events.

Responsibilities:

• Facilitate group activities and encourage resident involvement and chart attendance
• Assist in keeping activity supplies clean and organized
• Assist with one-on-one activities, transport residents to and from activities
• Assist with outings and special events, and other assigned duties
• SNF experience preferred
