Job summary

Peregrine Senior Living is hiring an Activities Assistant in the greater Albany, NY region. This part-time role involves delivering engaging resident activities, orienting residents to programs, and collaborating with the Director of Activities.

Ideal candidates have a High School Diploma or GED and at least three years’ experience in adult recreation. We offer generous PTO, health insurance, a 401(k) with company match, and flexible scheduling.

Responsibilities

• Works with Director of Activities to deliver creative and exciting resident activities meeting individual needs and interests within the community.
• Assist with orienting all residents to activity programs.
• Must be self-motivated with the ability to work independently and make decisions. Must be a proven professional with compassion, integrity, and honesty.
• Has the ability to work under pressure, resolve conflict, prioritize tasks, and follow through with creative ideas.
• Has the ability to work reception duties as needed.
