Job summary

Aster Creek Nursing and Rehabilitation Center is actively seeking an Activity Aide to support residents with engaging daily activities and social programs at our Tinton Falls facility. You will help plan and lead recreational, social, and physical activities for both short-term rehab and long-term residents.

The role calls for enthusiasm, compassion for older adults, and the ability to collaborate with a caring team to create a warm, dignified environment where residents can thrive.

Qualifications

• Prior activity experience in a healthcare or long-term care setting is preferred.
• Ability to work every other weekend (required).
• Self-motivated, high-energy, and compassionate attitude with a passion for working with older adults.
