Aster Creek Nursing and Rehabilitation Center in Tinton Falls, NJ is hiring a CNA to provide compassionate care in a warm, home‑like setting. You will assist residents with ADLs, help with meals, and support daily rehabilitation and well‑being under the nursing team.

Qualifications

• Active CNA license/certification in New Jersey.
• Experience in long-term care or sub-acute rehabilitation is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) including bathing, dressing, grooming, and hygiene.
• Serve meals, provide feeding assistance, and deliver mid-day nourishment.
• Safely transfer, turn, position, and ambulate residents to ensure comfort and safety.
• Monitor resident well-being and report changes to the nursing team.
• Foster a dignified, compassionate, home-like atmosphere for short-term rehab and long-term care residents.
