Job summary

Aster Creek Nursing and Rehabilitation Center is hiring CNAs to support both short-term rehab and long-term care residents. Join a team focused on compassionate, patient-centered care in a welcoming environment.

Qualifications

• Active CNA license in New Jersey is required.
• Strong patient-care skills and empathy.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and hygiene.
• Serve meals and provide feeding assistance as needed; deliver mid-day nourishment.
• Safely transfer, position, and ambulate residents; monitor well-being and report changes.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist residents with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, and hygiene.
• Serve meals, provide feeding assistance as needed, and deliver mid-day nourishment.
• Safely transfer, turn, position, and ambulate residents to ensure comfort and safety.
• Continuously monitor resident well-being and report changes in condition to the nursing team.
• Foster a dignified, compassionate, and home-like atmosphere for our short-term rehab and long-term care residents.

Qualifications

• Active
• Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA)
• license/certification in the State of New Jersey.
• Long-term care or sub-acute rehabilitation experience is a plus.
• A strong work ethic, team spirit, and a passionate, patient-centered attitude
