Care Initiatives in Iowa is seeking a compassionate Activities Assistant to join our team across more than 40 skilled nursing communities. You will assist the activity director in delivering engaging programs tailored to each resident's needs and help maintain activity resources.

You will interact with residents, families, and the healthcare team, promoting recreational and therapeutic activities to support health, daily routines, and overall well-being in a caring, respectful environment.
