Job summary

Care Initiatives in Iowa is seeking an Activities Assistant to support our activity director in implementing tailored programs across residents. This part-time role offers mornings and evenings with alternating weekends, and a chance to interact with residents, families, and the healthcare team to enhance daily well-being.

You will help maintain activity resources, assist with record-keeping, and foster engaging, therapeutic activities that contribute to resident health and happiness.

Responsibilities

• Assist the activity director in implementing an activity program to meet each resident’s needs.
