Job summary

NATIONAL HEALTH - WHITE OAK LLC in Shelby, NC is seeking a Part-time Life Enrichment Assistant to enhance residents' quality of life. You will plan and lead activities, encourage participation, and support events, holidays, and community outings.

You'll work closely with the Life Enrichment Director, maintain activity records, and help create a warm, resident-focused environment that brings joy and meaningful connection to daily life.

Qualifications

• Education: High School diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in long-term care or activities preferred.
• Compassionate, energetic, and resident-focused; strong communication and teamwork.
