Job summary
White Oak of Shelby is seeking a Part time Life Enrichment Assistant who is passionate about enhancing the quality of life for our residents. You will plan and lead group and individual activities, encourage participation, and support events in a caring, resident-focused environment.
Join our team to work closely with the Life Enrichment Director, maintain activity records, and help create meaningful daily experiences for residents in a supportive setting.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Experience in long-term care or activities preferred.
- Compassionate, energetic, and resident-focused.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
Responsibilities
- Assisting with planning and leading group and individual activities.
- Encouraging resident participation and social engagement.
- Supporting special events, holidays, and community outings.
