White Oak of Shelby is seeking a Social Services Assistant to join our team. This position is in-person and on-site, full time, Monday through Friday, offering to make a meaningful difference in the lives of our residents while working alongside a supportive and dedicated team.The purpose of the Social Services Assistant position is to support residents in achieving their highest practicable level of psychosocial well-being by addressing social and emotional needs that may impact their quality of life. This role assists in the development and implementation of comprehensive resident care plans and works collaboratively with the interdisciplinary team to provide supportive services.
