Mosaic Management is seeking an energetic Activities Assistant for our senior living community in Scottsdale, AZ. Help plan and lead daily activities and special events that promote laughter, creativity, and connection among residents.

In this role you will prepare materials, escort residents, coordinate volunteers, and support celebrations and outings while contributing ideas to enrich the life enrichment program.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 1 year of experience assisting with resident activities, event coordination, or group facilitation in senior living, healthcare, or hospitality.
• Knowledge of dementia care basics and activity planning.
• Strong communication, organization, and time management skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
• Must obtain and maintain CPR certification within 30 days of hire.
• Experience with volunteer coordination or community engagement programs.
