This range is provided by Villas of Holly Brook. Your actual pay will be based on your skills and experience — talk with your recruiter to learn more.

Base pay range: $15.00/hr - $17.55/hr

Overview

Villas of Holly Brook and Reflections Memory Care operate assisted living and memory care communities across Illinois, Indiana, and Florida. We serve over 1,700 seniors and employ more than 1,400 staff. Our mission is to create vibrant communities where older adults can thrive, participate, and feel valued, with access to opportunities and support to continue making a difference.

Responsibilities
  1. Lead assigned activity programs.
  2. Offer diversified recreational activities with appropriate supervision.
  3. Develop programs for residents, including those confined to their rooms.
  4. Engage and motivate residents to participate in activities.
  5. Inform residents of upcoming activities and maintain a schedule on the bulletin board.
  6. Greet new residents, include and engage them in activities, and introduce them to others with similar interests.
  7. Plan parties and seasonal decorations, and organize monthly birthday celebrations.
  8. Support community census initiatives.
  9. Maintain records of activities, participation levels, and resident acceptance as required by law.
  10. May drive the community vehicle to various destinations if required.
  11. Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
  1. Must be at least 16 years old.
  2. Ability to read, comprehend instructions, and write simple correspondence.
  3. Effective in presenting information in one-on-one and small group settings.
  4. Ability to work various schedules and shifts, including weekends.
