Overview

Villas of Holly Brook and Reflections Memory Care is a leading operator of assisted living and memory care communities with over 30 locations in Illinois, Indiana, and Florida. We serve more than 1,700 seniors and employ over 1,400 staff members. Our communities foster vibrant environments where older adults can thrive, participate, and continue making a difference, supported by opportunities and dedicated staff.

Responsibilities

  1. Lead assigned activity programs.
  2. Offer diversified recreational activities with appropriate supervision.
  3. Develop programs tailored for residents, including those confined to their rooms.
  4. Engage and motivate residents to participate in activities.
  5. Inform residents about upcoming events and maintain a current activity schedule.
  6. Greet new residents, include and engage them in activities, and introduce them to others with similar interests.
  7. Plan and assist in decorating for parties, holidays, and birthdays.
  8. Support community census-building initiatives.
  9. Maintain records of activities, participation levels, and resident acceptance as required by law.
  10. May drive the community vehicle for outings if required.
  11. Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

  1. Must be at least 16 years old.
  2. Ability to read and understand instructions, memos, and correspondence.
  3. Ability to write simple correspondence and present information effectively in one-on-one or small group settings.
  4. Flexible schedule, including weekends.
