Job summary

Sun Outdoors Sarasota is seeking an Activities Assistant to coordinate a range of guest activities at the resort. You will help plan and execute events, engage with guests, and support daily activities while ensuring a welcoming atmosphere.

You will set up and clean spaces, assist with newsletters, track attendance, train volunteers, and help maintain equipment; the role emphasizes teamwork, independence, and strong communication.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED (Required).
• Ability to work well independently as well as on a team.
• Basic computer proficiency, including the ability to use email and the internet.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills.
• Ability to multitask.
