Responsibilities

• Plan and facilitate group and individual activities.
• Encourage resident participation in social, recreational, and therapeutic programs.
• Observe and document resident engagement, mood, and response to activities.
• Escort residents to and from activities and events.
• Assist with parties, games, crafts, movies, and special events.
• Support in-room residents with one-on-one engagement as needed.
• Coordinate activities with nursing and other departments.
• Assist with setup, cleanup, and organization of activity areas.
• Drive facility vehicle for outings and events as assigned.
