The Arbor Company in Tinton Falls, NJ is seeking an Activities Assistant to create meaningful, engaging activities that help residents thrive. You will lead programs under the 6-dimensional engagement framework, fostering joy, health, and social connection in daily life.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in teaching, event planning, caregiving, nursing, med tech or project coordination.
• Preferred, but not required, experience working with seniors.
