Job summary

Blackstone Valley Health & Rehabilitation is seeking an Activities Assistant in Whitinsville, MA to plan and lead daily programs for residents, promoting engagement and well-being.

You will support activity coordination, maintain supplies, and work with the Activities Director to create a nurturing, inclusive environment for seniors.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Experience working with seniors in a skilled nursing or long-term care setting is preferred but not required.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Creative, enthusiastic, patient, and dependable.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Must be able to assist residents with varying physical and cognitive abilities.
