Job summary

Worcester Rehabilitation & Health Care Center is seeking an Activities Assistant to plan, organize, and direct recreational activities for residents, promoting physical, mental, and psychosocial well-being. The role offers weekly pay at $16/hour with a 1pm-7pm schedule that includes every other weekend.

Responsibilities include coordinating events, tailoring programming to resident interests, and reporting significant findings to the therapeutic team.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English.

Requirements:

• Ability to relate information concerning a resident's condition
• Participation in continuing education and inservice training
