Job summary

The Claiborne at West Cobb is seeking a compassionate Life Enrichment Assistant to help create engaging programs and meaningful daily experiences for our residents in Marietta, GA.

You will assist in planning and leading activities, support resident participation, prepare spaces, and document participation. Work with the Life Enrichment Director to promote physical, emotional, social, and intellectual well-being.

This role offers growth within senior living, with evenings and weekends required.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills are required.
• Experience in senior living, recreation, hospitality, or customer service is preferred.
• Positive, energetic demeanor and flexible schedule are important.

Responsibilities

• Assist in planning and leading group activities, events, and outings.
• Support resident participation and encourage engagement.
• Help prepare activity spaces and materials.
• Document participation and assist with reporting as needed.
• Build positive relationships with residents and families.
• Partner with other departments to support community-wide events.
