Job summary

The Arbor Company is seeking an Activities Assistant to provide engaging, meaningful activities for our residents and contribute to their health and spirit. You will help implement our 6-dimensional engagement program and build strong connections with residents and families.

We value creativity, teamwork, and a passion for enhancing the lives of seniors. This role offers a structured schedule with options for full- or part-time work and a supportive environment.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Teacher, Event Planner, Caregiver, Nurse, Med Tech or Project Coordinator.
• Preferred, but not required, experience working with seniors.

Responsibilities

• Provide meaningful and engaging activities for residents through our 6-dimensional engagement program.
• Build deep connections with residents and families to contribute to their well-being.
