Job summary

The Arbor Company in New Jersey is seeking an Activities Assistant to provide meaningful engagement for residents and to drive the 6-dimensional engagement program. You will foster connections with residents and their families while bringing creativity and energy to a dynamic team.

Previous roles in education or caregiving are a plus; seniors experience is preferred but not required. This is a full-time, on-site position offering a supportive work culture and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Experience as Teacher, Event Planner, Caregiver, Nurse, Med Tech or Project Coordinator.
• Experience with seniors preferred but not required.
