Job summary

The Arbor Company is seeking an Activities Assistant to engage residents and enrich their daily lives in a part-time role in Lake Worth, Texas. You will create meaningful activities and foster connections that support residents’ health, happiness, and spirit.

As part of a caring team, you’ll utilize your creativity to design engaging programs, interact with residents and families, and contribute to a supportive community culture. Previous related experience is helpful but not required.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in teaching, event planning, caregiving, nursing, medical tech, or project coordination.
• Experience with seniors preferred but not required.

You’ll be great on this team because you have:

• Previous experience as a Teacher, Event Planner, Caregiver, Nurse, Med Tech or Project Coordinator.
• Preferred, but not required, experience working with seniors.
