Job summary

The Arbor Company is hiring an Activities Assistant at Arbor Terrace Crabapple to work part-time, 9Am to 5 pm on Wednesday, Friday and every other Saturday. You will provide meaningful activities to residents, building connections that improve health and spirit through our engagement program.

You’ll join a caring team that values creativity and residents and families, with opportunities for growth and flexible scheduling as part of our work family.

Qualifications

• Experience in teaching, caregiving, or related roles is preferred.
• Experience working with seniors is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Provide meaningful and engaging opportunities for residents through the 6-dimensional engagement program.
• Build deep connections with residents and families.
• Use creativity to make activities fun and engaging.
• Be part of a dynamic team.
