Job summary

The Arbor Company in Lake Worth, TX is seeking an Activities Assistant for a part-time schedule (Sunday and Monday 9am-3:30pm). You’ll create meaningful activities to help residents thrive and improve health and spirit through our engagement program.

Qualifications

• Previous experience with seniors preferred.
• Strong communication and creativity are essential.
• Ability to work Sundays and flexible hours.

• Document participation and adapt activities to resident needs.

• Previous experience as a Teacher, Event Planner, Caregiver, Nurse, Med Tech or Project Coordinator.
• Preferred, but not required, experience working with seniors.
