Job summary

Prismhr Hire is seeking a compassionate activity facilitator to support individuals in engaging daily activities, promoting social interaction, movement, and cognitive engagement. You will plan, coordinate, and lead programs on a Tuesday-Saturday schedule, creating a meaningful daily routine.

You will work with a caring team to tailor activities to interests and abilities, document attendance and outcomes, and ensure safety and inclusivity while fostering a welcoming atmosphere.
